Sogan is an experienced Quantity Surveyor with demonstrated history and ability on multiple projects with varying experience working on major residential, hotel and leisure, retail, and commercial projects throughout the African continent

He is a project-orientated Quantity Surveyor with hands-on participation in each project, specializing exclusively in the delivery of best value, both in terms of his team’s input and also in negotiating with the Design Team and the Contractor, providing services for an array of diverse projects. In addition to performing the role of a practicing Project Director, he is instrumental in business development and responsible for driving business growth within the company. Sogan’s main focus is to develop a network of contacts to attract new clients, research new market opportunities, and oversee growth projects, making projections and forecasting revenue, in line with projected income.
